Terms and Conditions

By accessing SecurityPosture, creating an account, submitting domains for analysis, purchasing a subscription, or using our APIs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. Related privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

SecurityPosture provides external security posture intelligence: mapping publicly observable digital footprints, analyzing configuration signals, prioritizing findings, and optional continuous monitoring. Features may be labeled beta; capabilities can change as the product evolves. Marketing demos are illustrative and may use static data.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, evade fees, or otherwise violate these Terms.

You may only submit domains and related targets that you own or are authorized to assess. You agree that you will:

• Not use the Service to harass, stalk, or unlawfully investigate third parties
• Not attempt to access private systems, credentials, or non-public data
• Respect applicable law and third-party terms when interpreting results

• Core analysis focuses on passive / publicly observable signals — not unauthorized exploitation, destructive testing, or credential harvesting.
• Findings mix observed evidence with rule-based and AI interpretation. AI explanations can be incomplete; use them as decision support.
• You remain responsible for remediation decisions and for how you share reports with customers, auditors, or teammates.

Certain features may require a paid plan. Prices, taxes, and currency handling follow checkout. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case and may be limited after paid capacity has been consumed.

You agree not to:

• Probe, overload, or attack the Service
• Circumvent authentication, metering, or rate limits
• Resell access in violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Upload malware or illegal content
• Use outputs to facilitate unauthorized intrusion into systems you do not own or control
• Systematically extract product data to build a competing service beyond normal product use

SecurityPosture branding, software, documentation, scoring frameworks, and product design remain ours. Subject to these Terms, you own your workspace content and reports generated for your domains. Public internet data we observe remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, COMPLETE DISCOVERY OF ALL PUBLIC ASSETS, OR THAT ANY FINDING OR SCORE IS EXHAUSTIVE OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURITYPOSTURE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurityPosture and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to SecurityPosture in the three months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
